How many invitations should I order?

A simple guide is to halve your guest list, as most invitations are addressed to a couple. For example if your total number of guests is 120 you will need to order around 60 invitations, but always write a list before finalising your order. There have been countless times a couple have requested additional invitations weeks after receiving their order, so its always a good idea to order at least five spares in case you decide to invite a few extra guests closer to the wedding. Any leftovers can be kept as keepsakes!


When should I order my stationery?

We recommend ordering Save the Dates as soon as your wedding date and venue are confirmed. Wedding invitations should be posted around 2-3 months before the big day. Stationery should therefore be ordered 5-6 months before the wedding just to be safe. On the day stationery, such as wedding menus and programs should be ordered 6-12 weeks before the wedding to ensure they are delivered on time. 


How long will it take to receive my order?

The Collection - Please ensure you order any stationery from the collection at least six weeks prior to the date you hope to mail your invitations, to avoid disappointment. Production and delivery takes approximately 4 weeks depending on the size of your order. 

Custom Designs - Please allow a minimum of 10 weeks from initial concept to post. Due to the additional time required for custom projects, we only accept a limited number each year. Please enquire for availabilities. 


Are you able to do rush orders?

Please see how to order for more information. Rush orders are only available for designs from the collection. 


Do you have a minimum quantity order?

Yes, there is a minimum order of 40 per stationery item. 


Can I order a printed sample before making a purchase?

Yes, printed samples are available for purchase through our website. Please order your sample here. Samples are not customised with your details, you will receive the stationery exactly as it appears in the photo gallery. 


Can I make any changes to one of the designs in the collection?

Absolutely! All of the wording is customisable and is includes in the cost. Colours, font choices, paper stocks, envelope colours, printing techniques and finishes are customisable upon request. Please note that some customisations may affect the overall cost. Please contact us for a quote. 

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes we do! Simply complete the stationery request form and we’ll send you a quote within 2 business days. Creating something special just for you requires time, therefore custom designs incur a design service fee of $50-$100 added to the price for your stationery.

How are my invitations delivered?

If you live locally you can arrange for pickup. All other orders will be posted via Australia Post registered mail which usually takes around 2-5 business days. Postage is charged at $15 - $40 depending on the size of your order, and includes tracking, insurance and signature on delivery for peace of mind.
 

What type of card do you print on?

We offer a variety of different quality card options, however our core selection consists of the following:

  • Milkshake 308gsm - a lovely smooth stock with a matte white finish 
  • Eggshell 300gsm - a versatile matte card with soft fabric finish 
  • White Linen 315gsm - a luxurious stock with a linen texture finish
  • Recycled Brown 216gsm - a recycled stock with a textured matt finish
  • Kraft 283gsm - luscious, natural and raw brown kraft card


Do all of your invitations come with envelopes?

Yes, all invitations come with an envelope as part of the cost. Envelope printing may be added from .75c each for single sided printing, or from $1.00 each for double sided printing. All invitations and envelopes will be delivered to the customer bundled and unsealed.


Can you print double sided?

Yes, double sided printing is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for a quote. 


Can I get my money back if I need to cancel my order?

We are a service based business and make everything to order. As soon as your order is placed, we start to work on your design, therefore we do not offer refunds. Please choose carefully when placing your order.
