How do I order my stationery?
Select designs from the collection can be purchased directly from our website. If you're after custom stationery or your preferred design is not listed in our online store, please follow the steps below.
Step 1. Please complete the stationery request form and we’ll email you a quote within two business days.
Step 2. If you're happy to go ahead, a deposit of 50% is due to confirm your order and to commence the design.
Step 3. We will send you a design draft via email, and we'll work through any changes until you are 100% happy with the design.
Step 4. We'll email you an artwork proof to approve the design for print. At this stage the remaining balance is then due before we go to print. If you decide not to proceed to the print stage your deposit will be forfeited.
Step 5. Your artwork will be sent to print, before being assembled and posted out to you!
When should I order my stationery?
The Collection - Please ensure you order any stationery from the collection at least six weeks prior to the date you hope to mail your invitations, to avoid disappointment. Production and delivery takes approximately 4 weeks depending on the size of your order.
Custom Designs - Please allow a minimum of 10 weeks from initial concept to post. Due to the additional time required for custom projects, we only accept a limited number each year. Please enquire for availabilities.
Digital & White Ink printing - approx. 1-2 weeks from client approval to post
Letterpress & Foiling - approx. 3-4 weeks from client approval to post
I need my stationery ASAP, are you able to do rush orders?
Please contact us immediately is you require a rush order. We will try to accommodate all requests, however availability will depend on current work loads. Rush orders will incur a 20% surcharge for priority processing and can only be ordered for designs from the collection. Artwork proofs will be sent within one business day after full payment is received and invitation wording provided. Stationery orders will be posted via express post within seven days of client print approval.
It is important that all wording provided is as accurate as possible at the initial order. Your order's position in our print cue depends on how many changes you require to your artwork and how quick you are to respond to emails. Alterations to your order may be made until the final PDF proof is approved. Once approved, no alterations may be undertaken. Any errors found after print approval will incur additional charges to the client for reprint.
